FOXES SAFARI CAMP |

The Fox's luxury tented camp is set on a rocky kopje. The restaurant and bar have a spectacular 360° views over the Mkata River plain and a nearby waterhole which attract herds of animals which come to drink. There are eight luxury safari tents on raised platforms scattered on the hill below the lodge buildings. Each has an en-suite bathroom with solar heated water, flush toilets and electricity whilst the lodge generator is on.

Set at the top of a hillside in thick woodlands some 15 minutes drive from the park gate, Vuma Hill Tented Camp is a haven of tranquillity after a day’s safari. There are a total of 16 tented platform rooms that are spacious and stylishly decorated with large bathrooms. The terrace raised above the forest gives beautiful views over the Mkata floodplain below.

TANDALA TENTED CAMP |

Tandala Tented Camp and Safaris is named after the majestic antelope, the Kudu, who frequents the surrounding area. There are ten spacious, elevated, luxury tents offering a variety of twin or double bed arrangements. Extra beds are available for children or to accommodate a third person. All lighting is provided by 24 hr solar and each tent stands at least eight meters away from the next ensuring absolute seclusion and privacy.
The en-suite bathroom at the back of each tent is enclosed in thatch and rockwork over viewing the bush. Hot showers are provided by gas or solar.
At the front of each room is a sizable verandah with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing in private to watch out for game along the Mdweka sand river.

Jongomero Tented Camp is located in remote area of the Ruaha National Park. Being the only camp situated in this area, Jongomero Tented Camp ensures unmatched privacy. Accommodation is offered in 8 large and well-appointed safari tents raised on wooden platforms under enormous thatched roofs. There is also a spacious private veranda overlooking the seasonally flooded Jongomero River. Beds are large and comfortable and the tented room also has an en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins and a spacious shower.

The Camp is nestled in the banks of the Mwagusi Sand River. It is 8 kms from the confluence of the Great Ruaha and the Mwagusi Rivers and lies 6kms from the escarpment. It can accommodate 16 guests in walk-in tents each with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a thatched dining room, reading room and bar.

Mdonya Old River Camp is situated in the north west of Ruaha National Park beside the old course of the Mdonya River, a few kilometres from the Mdonya Falls. With just 11 tents spread out over a large area with many shade trees, it is a small camp offering a personal service tailor-made to clients' needs. And its in the best place to be - where the animals are!

Ruaha River Lodge occupies a privileged position set around a series of rocky kopjes in a bend of the Great Ruaha River, blending seamlessly into its surroundings affording views up and down the river. The Lodge offers you the privilege of your own riverside ‘banda’ designed to blend seamlessly into the surroundings and game viewing from your veranda is a relaxing and enthralling option. There are 20 en-suite rooms with either twin beds or a double bed.

The camp situated in its own forest reserve on the banks of the mighty Rufiji River, bordering Africa’s largest protected area the untamed Selous Game Reserve. The accommodation at Selous Mbega Camp is in large safari tents, with en- suite bathrooms, and a veranda. Nine of the tents have a magnificent view over the Rufiji River. One looks at a dried out waterhole at the rear of the camp.

Rufiji River Camp is located on the banks of the Rufiji river, in a point where the ample and tranquil river is animated by many and different species of animals. Twenty tents facing the sunset, with comfortable beds, walled en-suite facilities, mosquito netting and all of the comfortable equipment of a lodge. Each tent has a private veranda under a roof of local straw that creates the perfect place for reading, writing or just resting in the shade.
